Becoming a volunteer is a great way to give back and honor America's heroes!
Volunteers sign up to do what they do best, whether it is giving tours, working in the Gift Shop, Answering the phones, cleaning airplanes, cleaning the hangar and Museum, helping with rides, assisting with public relations, helping set up displays, fundraising, helping with events, or all of the above. There is a place for committed volunteers!
We are proud of our volunteer retention and we do have a volunteer reward program!

Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area,in 2004, the late MS. Governor Kirk Fordice and his son Dan, formed our organization, to preserve the stories of local and regional WWII Veterans and to preserve aviation history by keep Vintage and WWII aircraft flying! We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
Our WWII & Aviation Museum focuses on making the maximum positive effort to better our community, by providing "Living History" through our WWII & Vintage aircraft and our museum full of memorabilia and history of local and regional WWII Veterans! Our supporters and volunteers provide the Education & Momentum that helps us preserve this

A nonprofit and it's mission is as strong as the community that holds it up. We have an amazing community!
Together, we can do more than we can do alone. Whether you decide to give us a visit or join our volunteers, or hopefully both; sharing the history that is preserved in our small Aviation Museum and the stories of our local and regional heroes, together we can preserve history.
Our museum is run by committed volunteers that give tours, help host our events, set up displays, clean aircraft,
